Return and Exchange Policy

At Dazzling Dreams, we strive to redefine the luxury loungewear experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited in the form of merchandise credit.

To initiate a return/exchange, fill out the form under "Contact" with the name and order number associated with the order. 

The following rules apply: 

-A $7 restocking fee will apply to every return or exchange.

-Items must be in sellable and unworn condition with tags attached. 

-Dazzling Dreams reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is eligible for returns or exchanges.

-If requested items for exchange are unavailable, a refund will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.

-Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return or exchange.
